FOOD & BOUNTY is currently searching for Kitchen Prep & Front of the House server positions or our Hollywood Locations.

Main responsibilities/ job duties:
-Full -Time Monday through Friday schedule! (closed on weekends)
-Restaurant is on a Production Studio Lot in Hollywood, CA
-A professional and positive attitude with focus on legendary customer service, teamwork & attention to detail are a must
-Follows and completes all food handling procedures
-Have or obtain a current CA Food Handlers certificate
-Previous experience in restaurant and/or catering environments
-Kitchen Prep must possess strong knife skills and culinary techniques
-Keeps all areas of the kitchen/restaurant clean and organized by following checklist & procedures i.e. immaculate work stations, equipment cleaning, trash removal & detailed cleaning as instructed
-Uses proper tools that are available to ensure adherence to recipes such as measuring cups, job aids, and various kitchen equipment
-Preps and executes all menu items including those for seasonal and special menus for dine-in, take away and catering, ensuring cleanliness and being organized.
-FOH duties include greeting guests, having good knowledge of the menu and daily specials, computer skills, providing excellent customer service, handling payments. Must have a clean driving record. Will need to make deliveries.
-Follows all opening, mid, & closing procedures
-Be organized, punctual and have a sense of urgency
-Critical thinking skills
-Quick on your feet
-Be eager to learn
